Cranberry Cointreau Jelly

CRANBERRY COINTREAU JELLY

2 cups cranberries
1 cup apple juice
splash of Cointreau
1 cup brown sugar
juice of 1 orange, plus zest
1 cinnamon stick
3-4 dashes sea salt

Method

Bring all ingredients to a boil & simmer for apx. 30 minutes, stirring frequently so berries don’t burn. You will know the jelly is ready to take off the heat when you can see the bottom of the pan as you run your spoon through it.
