This recipe is adapted from a tomatillo salsa my mother had at the restaurant La Palapa while staying at Torres Mazatlan.
EASY TOMATILLO SALSA
Boil 5 tomatillos in one cup of water. While the water is still hot, pour the tomatillos & water into a blender. Add 1/4 of a small onion, a handful of cilantro and sea salt to taste. Blend for around 30 seconds or until thoroughly combined.
